We need a system of money, enabled by blockchain, that pulls up all past transactions that a certain dollar was involved in. Once a dollar has been deposited into your account, you can only use it if you agree to make all past transactions it was involved in available to future parties. If you don't wish to, because you acquired it by means you do not wish publicized, you can keep it until such day as you wish to publicize its provenance. Perhaps money in this system is brought into existence through a good deed or a gift. A person gives something to the community, and someone from the community foregoes what they see as the perceived value of the gift. The money goes to the central bank, and the bank creates an amount of money equivalent to the gift. Thus money creation will track charity, not grandiose illusions of what the future will bring, as central banks now do by loaning money into existence. (Not sure I undersand what I wrote here).
